One word: refreshing!
If you’re looking for the perfect summer salsa – something sweet, spicy, and totally unexpected – this Fire and Ice Watermelon Salsa is it. It’s my seasonal favorite, and once you try it, it might just become yours too.

Juicy, cool watermelon brings the “ice,” while fresh jalapeños and garlic deliver the “fire.” Add crisp green peppers, a splash of lime juice, and fragrant cilantro, and you’ve got a salsa that’s as vibrant in flavor as it is in color.
Whether you’re serving it at a backyard BBQ, packing it for a picnic, or using it to top tacos, grilled chicken, or fish – this salsa is a refreshing twist on the classic. Bonus: It’s the perfect way to use up fresh produce from your garden or local farmers market.
Fresh, bold, and ridiculously easy to make, this watermelon salsa is summer in a bowl.
